The Calgary Mental Health & Wellness Centre was created on the belief that every person is valuable, each with their own unique strengths and challenges. Founded by an Indigenous individual, our founder is dedicated to creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and heard as you start on your path to healing.

Our centre provides a safe and supportive environment for all individuals to engage in counseling, honoring and celebrating your unique identity, regardless of religion, sexuality, gender, culture, or life experiences.

Cabin off shoreAt Calgary Mental Health & Wellness Centre we acknowledge that the land we meet on, Mohkinstsis, is the ancestral territory of the Siksikaitsitapi: the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, and Amskapi Pikuni. We acknowledge all the Treaty 7 signatories, including the Tsuut’ina people, as well as the Iyarhe Nakoda Nations: Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Wesley. This land is also the home of Métis Nation Region 3 and all other people who call this place home.
