Hello, my name is Tiffany, and I am the founder and director of both Calgary Mental Health & Wellness Centre and Cienna Mental Health & Wellness Centre. I bring over 15 years of experience in supporting children, teens and adults in various community, non-profit and school-based settings.
About Tiffany
I am a Métis Registered Psychologist in Alberta. I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and completed my internship with Calgary Counselling Centre. During this time, I supported people from all walks of life while they navigated life’s challenges.
I define myself as a relationship-based therapist and, hence, have a strong belief in the power of connection between therapist and client. I strive to develop a supportive and understanding relationship with clients, and create an environment of empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. Making the decision to begin therapy can be intimidating and overwhelming and so I make every effort to provide a comfortable environment where an individual can build the life they seek and work towards the goals they set.
